Overview of role

Do you love providing the highest level of customer service and have previous experience of delivering a bespoke customer journey? If so, you will be the perfect fit for our role as a receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover in Slough.

Jaguar Land Rover Slough are committed to providing our customers with a premium level of service, –within this role you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical part in making sure we meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers and brand fans, from the point of initial enquiry – whether that be over the phone, online or across social media – to maintaining the post-sale relationship.

This is a permanent position working part time hours which will be 22 hours per week. The hours will be Thursday and Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

The salary for this position will be £13,087.36.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

A bit about the role:

  • Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome
  • Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers’ requirements
  • Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards
  • Always maintain a high degree of customer service
  • Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business

  • Has outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Has good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
  • Is self-motivated and with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Is committed to always delivering a high level of customer service
