Overview of role

If you are a meticulous professional who ideally has experience of CAP and CAP valuations as well as BCA systems then we would love to hear from you! In this role you will be working as part of a small team of three people jointly responsible for the preparation and selling of over 10,000 cars annually in conjunction with our chosen auction provider. You will work closely with our auction provider and our store teams in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you will require good organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team achieving departmental goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.

 

This role will be on a remote based contract but on occasions travel to site locations will be required.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Provide accurate administrative support to the remarketing team in the coordination and sale of all trade vehicles.
  • Make sure that all the correct documentation, including service history, MOT, V5 arrive with vehicles.
  • Efficiently track all vehicle stock using excel and related systems.
  • Ensure all databases are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Check specification of vehicles.
  • Ensure accuracy of vehicle listings.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
