This role is on a full time basis Monday - Friday 08:30 -18:00 with 1 hour for lunch and 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.

A bit about the role:

As a team we are passionate about customer experience and so when looking for the right candidate we are focusing on previous experience in customer focused. We are happy to support a new team member unfamiliar with the trade with all required product and brand training.

-    Provide admin support for Cambridge Porsche
-    Updating and maintaining customer data and managing enquiry information on a team-run enquiry log
-    Funnelling enquiries through to the sales team in their early stages and updating sales systems 
-    Gathering correct and efficient customer information for our various systems for the team 
-    Dealing with initial customer enquiries before handing them over to one of our dedicated Sales Executives 
-    Supporting with various campaigns for the dealership with different events and new model releases

What you will bring:

-    A passion for customer experience and a drive to offer 10 out of 10 service 
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills 
-    Experienced IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft package 
-    Able to work within a friendly and hard-working team while handling your own diary
