Aston Martin Sevenoaks are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The basic salary for this role will be between £40k - £45k depending on experience with an attractive OTE.
About the role:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to optimise sales strategies and maximise profitability.
- Uphold the brand image and reputation of Aston Martin Sevenoaks through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
About you:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management, preferably within the luxury market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to sales.
