A bit about the role:

  • As a team we are passionate about customer experience and so when looking for the right candidate we are focusing on previous experience in customer focused. We are happy to support a new team member unfamiliar with the trade with all required product and brand training.
  • Updating and maintaining customer data and managing enquiry information on a team-run enquiry log
  • Funnelling enquiries through to the sales team in their early stages and updating sales systems 
  • Gathering correct and efficient customer information for our various systems for the team 
  • Dealing with initial customer enquiries before handing them over to one of our dedicated Sales Executives 
  • Supporting with various campaigns for the dealership with different events and new model releases

What you will bring:


  • A passion for customer experience and a drive to offer 10 out of 10 service 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills 
  • Experienced IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft package 
  • Able to work within a friendly and hard-working team while handling your own diary
