Overview of role

Are you a people person who enjoys making customers feel valued and welcome? Are you organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once? If so, you’ll be a perfect fit at Jardine Motors Group.  

As a Receptionist in one of our state-of-the-art dealerships, you’ll be the face of JMG and often the first point of contact when a customer starts their journey with us. You will give a warm welcome to every customer as soon as they walk through the door, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed. We are looking for someone with a high standard of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring customer-facing areas are always kept clean and tidy and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required. 

This is a permanent position working part time hours. The hours will be Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

The salary for this position will be £13,979.68.

A bit about the role:

  • Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome
  • Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers’ requirements
  • Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards
  • Always maintain a high degree of customer service
  • Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business

  • Has outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Has good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
  • Is self-motivated and with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Is committed to always delivering a high level of customer service
